Shipping policy
The DendyFit online store (dendyfit.com), operated by LAFENDY sp. z o.o., delivers orders within Poland. Below you will find the key information about the method, time and cost of delivery. If you have any questions, please contact us by e-mail at info@dendyfit.com — we are happy to help.
Delivery method
Orders are delivered exclusively as a courier parcel to the address provided by the customer during checkout. Please make sure to provide complete and correct address details so that your parcel can be delivered smoothly.
We do not deliver to parcel lockers or pickup/collection points, and we do not offer in-person collection. All parcels are delivered directly to the address given in the order.
Delivery time
The estimated delivery time is 7 to 12 business days. This time is counted from the moment the order is processed and the parcel is dispatched. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not included in the delivery time.
Delivery cost
- Delivery is charged as a flat rate, which is calculated and shown in the order summary before you place the order.
- Delivery is free for orders over 300 zł.
- All prices are given in Polish zloty (PLN) and include VAT.
